Our Cancellation Policy

 We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to allow our stylist to accommodate those on the waitlist.  If you cancel less than 48 hours you will be charged 50% of your service. If a client fails to cancel their appointment and or no shows, they will be required to pay 100% of the services scheduled.  Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.  Clients will be given 1 grace appointment a year for last-minute scheduling changes, or
